OUR ROLE: PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANCY For this project, İki Yapı provides professional consultancy services to both the landowner and contractor, supporting project development and process management throughout the development. We facilitate professional communication between the landowner and contractor while working in coordination with architects, engineers and other specialist teams at different stages of the project. Our key areas of involvement include project approval and development processes, the preparation and review of technical specifications, material selection and evaluation, and regular site monitoring. In addition, we support the landowner's decision-making process by obtaining professional opinions and recommendations from experienced specialists regarding land-for-construction agreements. While we do not prepare or draft legal agreements, we provide professional guidance and recommendations on relevant matters throughout the process. From the initial discussions between the landowner and contractor through to the ongoing development and construction stages, we continue to contribute to informed decision-making, clear communication of project requirements and the professional monitoring of the process on behalf of the landowner.
